Crestals implemented the End-line Evaluation and Audit of the AGHPF project “technical assistance for Strengthening Laboratory Systems in Uganda.” The goal of the project is to provide technical assistance to the Government of Uganda to build a sustainable National Health Laboratory System that can support the National HIV/AIDS care, treatment, and support in the diagnosis of other infectious diseases at all healthcare levels. Assignment involved designing the survey tools and methodologies, recruiting, training, supervising of the filed research and data collection teams across the country, electronic data collection, data analysis and final report writing and presentation.
